To secure a short stay booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total charge is required. We therefore suggest that if there is a chance of you cancelling your stay, you should hold your own travel/holiday insurance to cover this eventuality. The balance of payment is due on arrival. No refunds will be given for early departure.
